Danny and Derek sit down with Mark to get his perspective on the Mental Health Hospital. Mark attended the same community Q&A as the podcast hosts. He took notes at the meeting and produced his own write up of the event. Someone directed him to us, and his write up mirrored our episode. Quite the well-spoken man, who has the backbone to come out and call the spade a spade. We discussed his perspective, he had some questions for us, and we agreed that more community members should look to inform themselves about what is happening locally. 

PBT, Episode 14, The Man Behind the ”Controversial” Signs ft. Slim

Danny and Derek sit down with Chauncey "slim" Killens to discuss his view on the community of Temecula and American culture in general. One may see Slim on the corners of our major cross sections in town holding signs with controversial messages looking for honks. when out and about, he is most likely wearing a "MAGA" hat and is willing and able to discuss his views with people on that very spot in the sidewalk. It's very easy for biased people to be dismissive of this man at first glance. However, his convictions coupled with his openness with anyone makes this episode a gripping perspective.

PBT analyzes the events that occurred at the Temecula Valley Unified School District (TVUSD) board meeting. We analyze and critique specific public comments and discuss what the Board members had to say.

Danny and Derek were called on to take part in the community Q&A for the new Mental Health Hospital planned to be built here in town. we break down the Q&A event, we give our perspective, and we look to get more community members involved in this potentially problematic situation.

PBT, Episode 11, The Lies Knocking at Our Doors ft. Troy

Danny and Derek sit down with Troy to discuss the misinformation that the TVUSD recall effort has bombarded him with on multiple occasions. this time around they came to his house, and he was able to provide a recording of the recall efforts pitch to our community. We break down the interaction piece by piece and provide clarity on how they are selling their story to collect our signatures. Danny and Derek got invited to the Temecula Stop the War on Children rally. They were able to mobilize the podcast and provide a full setup experience at the Temecula Duck Pond. They sat down with multiple community leaders involved in California's fight for parental rights. This was a fun and unique opportunity to test the limits of the podcast platform and provide new and interesting content.
